Top Broncos storylines in Week 4: The Raiders are winless

The Raiders were not supposed to be 0-3 and the organization has to be seething that they are, already reportedly having a serious closed-door meeting with new head coach Josh McDaniels.

But the fact that the Raiders are winless makes this the toughest game so far for the Broncos, at least in my mind. The Raiders know that they absolutely can’t fall to 0-4 as only one team in NFL history has ever made the playoffs after such a start to a season.

As a result, the Broncos can expect the Raiders to come out with everything they have to make sure that doesn’t happen. A desperate team is a difficult one to face and the Broncos must be prepared for that.

Though the Raiders are winless, a win over Denver to get them to 1-3 could definitely start to transform their season.
