3 questions Denver Broncos must answer before 2022 season

Who is going to help further along the defensive line?

The Broncos defensive line might not be as solid as we think it’ll be.  The team got absolutely gouged against the Bills for over 200 rushing yards.

It wasn’t a pretty sight and at the very least, confirmed the team’s need to improve their depth.  Outside of Dre’Mont and DJ Jones, I don’t see another player along the defensive line worthy of a starting spot.

So, if nothing else, bringing in another quality depth option could be logical.  DeShawn Williams appears to be starting along the defensive line so far, but he’s been a backup up until this point, and Mike Purcell’s job was taken by DJ Jones.

I think the team needs to heavily consider making a move along the line to shore up the weaknesses that we saw thus far.  Ndamukong Suh is someone who I’ve been writing about for months as someone who could help along the defensive line.

A defensive line of Dre’Mont Jones / DJ Jones / Ndamukong Suh would be one of the tops in the league and would help the Broncos out for depth purposes, as it would push guys like DeShawn Williams, Mike Purcell, Eyioma Uwazurike, and Matt Henningsen one notch down where they likely belong at this point in time.
