Biggest issues facing Broncos in 2022: Losing streak to Kansas City

This is going to be a problem until it’s not and the only way to get it to go away is to get a win over the Kansas City Chiefs. It has been talked about Ad nauseum and the Broncos have played the Chiefs in some close games since this losing streak started.

But the fact remains that the Broncos have lost 13 games in a row to the Chiefs and that dates back to the Peyton Manning days. It may be more of a psychological problem at this point, but it is one the Broncos are going to have to overcome.

But it’s also no fluke that the Broncos have lost 13 games in a row to these Chiefs. They are one of the best teams in the league and they have the best quarterback in football running the show.

It may be a good thing that the Broncos don’t face the Chiefs until Week 14, giving them several months to prepare for it. That game will also take place in Denver and might be the team’s best chance to win a game against Kansas City since the streak started.

If the Broncos win that game on December 11, it would be 2,642 days since the last time the Broncos were able to say they beat the Chiefs.

Wow.
