Three lofty goals for the Denver Broncos in 2022: Win double-digit games for the first time since 2015.

The Denver Broncos won 12 games in the 2015 season, 9 in 2016, and haven’t won more than 7 games in a season since then, going 5-11 in 2017, 6-10 in 2018, 7-9 in 2019, 5-11 in 2020, and 7-10 in 2021.

Wow, it’s painful to even recall those records from memory.

With a 17-game season, teams have one more game… to try and win more games.  But that also means they have one more game they can lose as well.

I have seen record predictions for the Denver Broncos at 9-8, and frankly, I have to laugh.

They have the easiest schedule in the AFC West and have some very cupcake opponents on their docket for 2022, especially at the beginning of the season.

However, their last stretch of games to end the season is going to be tough, so that might cause a problem.

I do not think winning at least 10 games is going to be that hard, but others in the NFL landscape seem to think the Denver Broncos are the fourth best, or the worst team in the AFC West.

Conventional wisdom seems to be low on the Broncos compared to perhaps what some of us fans think, so that’s why I think winning double-digit games could be a lofty goal.
