6. Will all of the “new” actually work out for the Denver Broncos?

There’s a lot of “new” going on in Broncos Country this year.

And that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

A lot of times, people tend to think that when there’s this much turnover in an organization, it will take years for things to start clicking.

That’s not necessarily the case.

Having a rookie head coach and a young coaching staff doesn’t matter so much when you’ve got an MVP-caliber quarterback under center and a general manager as sharp as George Paton.

The Denver Broncos are in really good hands and even though there’s a lot of new with the franchise in 2022, the changes all seem to be for the best.

The coaching staff is drastically different from the previous regime.

Vic Fangio and his staff were the most experienced coaching staff in the NFL in terms of total years in coaching, and this new staff is the equivalent of a rookie draft class by comparison.

You have a first-time head coach, rookie coordinators, and plenty of rookie position coaches as well.

It’s a lot of “new”, but it also could be a lot of “good” for the Denver Broncos, especially when it comes to how the team utilizes players and maximizes talent on the roster.

And again, you’ve got Russell Wilson under center and leading the huddle. If the Broncos had paired a rookie coaching staff with a rookie quarterback, you might be able to say it’s going to take some time.

Just like the Broncos had success with a lot of new pieces in 2012 when Peyton Manning came aboard, they can have success in 2022 in Wilson’s first year.
