The Denver Broncos open 2022 training camp this week. We take a look at seven burning questions facing the franchise as football gets underway.

On Tuesday, Denver Broncos players report for training camp. On Wednesday, football is back.

A lot has changed for the Denver Broncos over the last six months, and that’s putting things lightly.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • New head coach (Nathaniel Hackett) and coaching staff
  • New ownership (Walton-Penner Group)
  • New quarterback (Russell Wilson)

As usual, the roster is also revamped and there are new faces from the top to the bottom of the entire organization.

So as we head into training camp, what are the most pressing questions facing the Denver Broncos?

Let’s take a look at the top seven.

7. Will the Denver Broncos have *new* alternate helmets/uniforms in 2022?

No.

The answer to this question is, unfortunately, no.

Now, as far as any of us know, the Denver Broncos are still doing their color rush uniforms this year, so we still get a blend of old and new school with uniforms that have become rather beloved by the fan base, at least the majority.

With so many teams getting new alternates this year as the NFL decided to allow teams to wear multiple helmets if they so choose, the Denver Broncos look like they are on the outside looking in until 2023.

The true throwback uniforms will have to wait at least another year.
