Denver Broncos fantasy football star no. 4: Jerry Jeudy, WR

JerryJeudy. Scouting Report. WR. 2021 fantasy points: 85. 4. player. 45. Pick Analysis

Everyone has huge expectations for Jerry Jeudy in the 2022 season, and understandably so.

After a solid rookie year with plenty of ups and downs, Jerry Jeudy struggled in his sophomore year.

Much of that was out of his control, however.

He suffered an injury early on in the season and then Pat Shurmur had him running in motion behind the line of scrimmage seemingly more than he had him actually running routes and trying to get open.

Jeudy is a big-time weapon out of the slot who is one of the team’s most creative players after the catch.

With Russell Wilson at the quarterback position, Jeudy could have a monster third year in the NFL.

I would not be surprised if he catches between 70-85 passes for at least 1,000-1,100 yards and five or six touchdowns.

The one primary reason I have Jeudy lower on this list than some of the other players is the fact that despite potentially getting a high volume of targets, I think he’s going to have to create touchdowns from outside of the red zone.

The Broncos have a lot of bigger targets and not that your red zone targets always go to the bigger guys, but that’s typically where you try to exploit some of your size mismatches.

I think Jeudy is going to have a great year three for Denver and put up some big numbers.
