4 injured Denver Broncos poised to make an impact in 2022

Injured Denver Broncos player no. 2: KJ Hamler, WR

There may not be a more crowded room than the wide receiver position group.

Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, and Tim Patrick are all slotted to take a majority of snaps and targets along with Russell Wilson. However, a guy like KJ Hamler doesn’t need a ton of snaps to make his impact felt, just a lot of open field.

Hamler could easily be that deep threat that Russell Wilson has thrown to his whole career.

KJ tore his ACL in week three but hasn’t shown any residual effects from the injury. So far he has shown nothing but speed and explosiveness thus far in OTAs.

As shown in the Carolina game with Hamler having two catches for 86 yards and two touchdowns all he needs is a couple of chances to have a big game.

That paired with Nathaniel Hackett looking to be creative on the offensive side should allow for KJ to have some big-play opportunities a few times a game.
