Denver Broncos post-draft roster prediction for 2022 season
Denver Broncos Offensive Line (10, 29/53):
Garett Bolles, Dalton Risner, Lloyd Cushenberry, Graham Glasgow, Billy Turner, Quinn Meinerz, Tom Compton, Netane Muti, Luke Wattenberg, Calvin Anderson
When it comes to the offensive line for the Denver Broncos, sure, we can say that very few of those positions are locked up.
For me, Garett Bolles, Dalton Risner, and Billy Turner have their jobs locked up. You can make a case for Risner being a trade candidate, but at this point, I don’t think that is going to happen.
The Broncos had their chance to move an offensive lineman or two during the 2022 NFL Draft, but elected to keep the group together for now.
The newcomers on the team are Turner (who previously played guard for the team), former 49er Tom Compton, and 2022 NFL Draft pick Luke Wattenberg.
We could see Wattenberg compete with Cushenberry at center during training camp, but he has the flexibility to play either guard positions.
I think that Turner will win the right tackle spot, previously held by Bobby Massie. However, there appears to be an interest of him playing guard and Graham Glasgow potentially being on the roster bubble.
many questions to be answered along the offensive line, but we’ll have clarity in a matter of weeks or months.
