The Denver Broncos schedule for the 2022 NFL season is officially out. What three games will be the toughest for this new-look Denver Broncos squad?

The Denver Broncos’ 2022 schedule has officially been unveiled and there are some incredible matchups all throughout the year, including the maximum number of Prime Time games (five) sprinkled throughout.

It’s been a while since the Denver Broncos have been a true championship contender going into a season, but with Russell Wilson under center, hope is restored in the Mile High City.

Although the Broncos play the “fourth place” schedule from a season ago, there are still some brutal matchups and an absolute gauntlet down the stretch of the 2022 season.

What are the toughest games on this schedule, though?

Here are my top three.

Denver Broncos schedule: Toughest game no. 3

Week 13: @ Baltimore Ravens

Many will look at this and wonder why the Baltimore Ravens are included.

Weren’t the Ravens one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL last year?

It doesn’t matter.

That’s one thing when discussing the NFL schedule release — last year’ doesn’t really matter. Everything could be completely different in 2022 than it was last year, but one thing is really not up for debate.

The Baltimore Ravens are incredibly good at home.

Over the last 30 years, only three teams in the entire league have a better home record than the Baltimore Ravens. They win nearly 70 percent of the games they play in Baltimore.

The Broncos, back in Peyton Manning’s first year with the team (2012), contributed one of just 65 losses the Ravens ever suffered — ever — at home.

This is going to be a tough game, and oh by the way — it’s in the 11 AM MT slot.
