McTelvin Agim, Defensive lineman

In two years, former third-round pick McTelvin Agim has done next to nothing in Denver and has often been a game-day scratch. He has 12 tackles and 1.5 sacks.

No, those are not statistics from one game, those are his career stats. That’s just not going to get it done if you were drafted in the third round.

It was known that Agim was going to be a project when the Broncos drafted him and whether he just hasn’t been properly developed or if he just isn’t that good is still yet to be fully determined. It seemed clear that the previous regime didn’t see much in him.

What will a new coaching staff be able to do with this 24-year-old?

The Broncos will need to hope that this coaching staff can bring the most out of him because if not, he will likely amount to a huge waste of a precious draft pick.

With all of the names in front of him, Agim will have his work cut out for him and at this point, between the two players on this list, he is probably behind Purcell in the pecking order and has an even bigger uphill climb.
