25. Buffalo Bills: Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas

Just a couple of months ago, I felt like Treylon Burks was going to light up the Scouting Combine and become the unquestioned WR1 in this year’s Draft after the emergence this past season of Deebo Samuel with the San Francisco 49ers.

Unfortunately, Burks had one of the most disappointing Scouting Combine performances of any player in this year’s draft class.

As a result, he’s likely going to slip to the back half of round one, if not further.

That would be no issue for teams targeting value at receiver like the Bills, who would be adding to their embarrassment of riches overall on this loaded roster.

26. Tennessee Titans: Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa

This was one of the more interesting picks of the mock draft simulation.

The Titans took Isaiah Wilson in the first round just a couple of years ago and he was cut rather quickly for off-field issues.

They followed that up by picking Dillon Radunz out of North Dakota State who could be the projected starter at right tackle in 2022.

If the Titans view Radunz more as a guard, Penning could step in and be an immediate starter at the right tackle position and he certainly fits what they look for in terms of his nasty demeanor.
