4 right tackles Broncos could select at No. 64
Broncos right tackle option
Bernhard Raimann is one of the more difficult prospects to evaluate in this draft, but all signs point to him having a chance to be a future star.
Born in Austria, Raimann has not played football his entire life, much like Faalele. He came to Central Michigan as a tight end before being asked to put on some more mass and convert to offensive tackle.
He made a seamless transition and was made the team’s left tackle, where he started 12 games in 2021 for the Chippewas.
Raimann seemed to be just scratching the surface of what he can do and if his ceiling is anywhere near what some analysts think it could be, he could be one of the steals of this entire draft. There are some that believe he could even be taken in the first round.
Because of that, it seems unlikely he could fall all the way down to No. 64 but the draft always holds some surprises so it’s not impossible. Though he played left tackle in college, he could be used at right tackle in the NFL and in Denver, that is where he would have to go since Garett Bolles is already on the left side.
If the Broncos were to come away with one of the players on this list, it would seem they have their right tackle of the future, however.
