The Denver Broncos are in the market for a right tackle. Daniel Faalele should be on their radar.

Denver Broncos trade-up target: Offensive Tackle Daniel Faalele

The Denver Broncos will surely have the right tackle position high on their target list in the 2022 NFL Draft, and Minnesota right tackle Daniel Faalele is a player who is often linked to them.

Faalele is from Melbourne, Australia, and does not have the ideal football playing career length one would necessarily want as a rookie, but he has shown enough to consider him as a potential second-round draft pick.

Faalele is a monster at 6-foot-8, and just a few shades under 400 pounds at 387. His size is a huge benefit to him because it makes it extremely difficult for anyone to get past/through him.

It might be beneficial to Faalele to shed a couple of pounds to help his already-impressive mobility.

The Broncos need to shore up the offensive tackle position especially due to the return of Khalil Mack to the AFC West (Chargers), as well as the presence of Joey Bosa and several others.

He was an honorable mention All-Big Ten in 2018 and 2019 and first-team All-Big Ten in 2021.

I especially like how Faalele not only moves vertically but how he can move at an angle. He uses his massive frame to help drive defenders backward and out of the way. This will be an incredible thing for him in the run game at the next level.

Faalele received offers from several schools prior to even playing a single down of football. One thing that is incredible is his apparent great football knowledge. It shows that he can pick things up relatively quickly, which will be a great thing for him in the NFL.
