Russell Wilson is now as a member of the Denver Broncos, so, let the free agency frenzy and speculation begin with multiple pipe dream free agents.

Is it time to party like it is 2014? Peyton Manning and Denver Broncos had a free agency frenzy which catapulted them into the Super Bowl team they were in the 2015 season. One thing people may not remember is the off-season when Manning signed. The majority of the players who signed were low-level depth players to address the middle to back half of the roster. While the moves never sent shockwaves, they still were vital in solidifying a roster.

The 2012 NFL Draft was more critical in winning a Super Bowl as much as 2015 NFL Free Agency. Of course, here’s the irony. Brock Osweiler, a pivotal player during Super Bowl 50 run, was drafted by the Broncos in that draft. The irony is if Osweiler was not a Bronco, then Broncos Country wanted the quarterback now on the roster Russell Wilson. For Broncos fans clamoring for big splashes the season Wilson became a member of the team, do not be surprised if it does not happen. A quote to always remember is from No Way Home, “if you expect disappointment, then you can never really be disappointed.” It does; however, not stop the dreamer in me to think big in terms of free agents Denver could sign.

We mentioned in the Super Bowl contention article about the aggressiveness Denver was in free agency. This is in correlation to the team being an attraction for impending free agents. It was one of the most important aspects of Manning’s signing in Denver. Players may not officially sign in Denver, but it made it a difficult decision.

Full disclosure: As we break down dream or pipe dream candidates it is fair for people to think of those players as choices no matter the possibility. That’s called a dream. The chances of them being slight might be slim, but if it helps a team be better take the shot.

Who are these “go big or go home” pipe dream free agents?
