Denver Broncos Super Bowl target No. 5: Von Miller, EDGE, Rams

How could we put together a list like this and not include the best defensive player in Denver Broncos history?

Last I checked, Miller still has his home in Denver. Last I checked, everyone in Denver still loves Von Miller and what he’s done for the franchise.

Last I checked, the Broncos still need help off the edge.

Trading a second-and-third-round pick for Von Miller could wind up paying massive dividends for the Los Angeles Rams. Who’s to say that if Von Miller helps them win a title and then goes back to Denver it’s not a win-win all around?

Miller has always wanted to be part of the solution for the Broncos in the dark days after Super Bowl 50.

He has obviously enjoyed getting back to winning with the Rams, but if the Broncos can solidify their QB situation in 2022, I think there’s a decent chance that Miller comes back to Denver.

If the Broncos can’t solidify the QB spot, I could see Miller finishing out his playing career with the Dallas Cowboys in the state of Texas, the only other place besides Denver that really has Miller’s heart.

There are some really good EDGE players in the 2022 NFL Draft and there are some good ones in free agency, but a reunion between the Denver Broncos and Von Miller could make a lot of sense.
