Denver Broncos Super Bowl target No. 3: Larry Ogunjobi, DL, Bengals

The defensive line is going to need to be emphasized for the Denver Broncos.

Yes, we love Dre’Mont Jones.

Yes, we love Shelby Harris.

Outside of those two guys, though, there are major question marks. A guy like Bengals defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi could really push this unit over the top, as he did for the Bengals this past season.

Ogunjobi was a third-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and turns just 28 next season.

He’s been quite consistent as a pass rusher and is coming off of one of the best seasons of his NFL career with 7.0 sacks, 16 QB hits, and 12 total tackles for loss. He also added 24 total pressures for the Bengals, who had a menacing defensive line all year long between Ogunjobi, BJ Hill, Trey Hendrickson, and Sam Hubbard.

Ogunjobi spent four years with the Cleveland Browns before joining the Bengals this past season and he’s been consistently good at getting pressure on the QB since he came into the NFL.

The Broncos could line him up with Dre’Mont Jones and Shelby Harris and get after those tough QBs in the AFC West.
