Denver Broncos cut candidates – Graham Glasgow

Looking at the financials in Graham Glasgow’s revised contract, it makes little sense to release him.

However, Glasgow’s performance on the field hasn’t been sufficient enough to warrant a spot on the team.

Signed before the 2020 season, Glasgow was, at the time, a big free agent addition from the Detroit Lions.  Glasgow committed 5 penalties in 2020, which was tied for the 8th most in the league.

Glasgow also missed 3 games in 2020 and missed 10 games in 2021.  When he was on the field in 2021, his play seemed to be subpar.  The Denver Broncos need to fix the interior of their offensive line.  Quinn Meinerz seems to have locked down the right guard spot, but there are questions at left guard and center.

All of Dalton Risner, Lloyd Cushenberry, and Graham Glasgow have their own issues, and I would think that general manager George Paton would dip in free agency to see if he can find a more reliable option on the interior.
