Pittsburgh Steelers

This is a very obvious destination to include on this list and one that makes plenty of sense as well.

The Steelers were a playoff team this past season but were clearly held back a bit by the limited abilities of the aging Ben Roethlisberger, who decided to retire.

Rodgers would be a perfect replacement because the Steelers don’t have a backup quarterback on the roster who is ready to take over and taking a quarterback in the first round of the draft is risky as well.

Rodgers would keep a potential championship window open when it would close quite a bit or completely with pretty much every other potential option.

The Steelers have solid offensive weapons in Najee Harris and Diontae Johnson. They have a young developing tight end in Pat Freiermuth and if they could re-sign Juju Smith-Schuster, there would be plenty to attract Rodgers.

The Steelers are a fringe contender in the AFC right now who are dangerously teetering on falling way down in a growing division, but Rodgers would have them contending for the Super Bowl.
