Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders are a team on the rise and that was evident with the way they overcame so many off-field disruptions this past season to qualify for the playoffs.

The Raiders also just hired Josh McDaniels as head coach, perhaps the most interesting move of the young offseason thus far. McDaniels has had one chance to be a head coach before and in that stop, he immediately moved on from the quarterback the team had in place for years, Jay Cutler.

Could he do the same with Derek Carr? If there was a chance to land Rodgers, almost certainly. The Raiders could then look to make a play to get Rodgers’ favorite target from Green Bay, Davante Adams, on the squad.

Rodgers could see the Raiders as a serious contender and also enjoy the fact that the state of Nevada has no state income tax (the same is the case in Florida).

This would be a nightmare scenario for the Broncos, who would go from potentially landing Rodgers to having to face him twice per season.
