Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This is a team that would have been the last one on the list if not for the recent retirement of Tom Brady but as a team that won the Super Bowl last year and was in serious contention to repeat, they are ready to contend again next year.

Bringing in Rodgers to replace Brady would make a lot of sense and he would have a clear No.1 wide receiver to throw to in Mike Evans and potentially much more, depending on what Tampa did in free agency and the draft.

It would also provide a warm climate for Rodgers to play in, something he doesn’t have in Green Bay and if they could get the No.1 seed in the playoffs like his Packers did this year, they wouldn’t have to worry about facing a team on a snowy field in Tampa.

The downside to going to Tampa Bay would be the immediate comparisons to Brady and his legacy. Brady did win a Super Bowl with the Bucs so Rodgers would be in a situation where anything less than that would be a complete failure.

This is a place where there would be a lot of pressure to win. However, it’s not likely that Green Bay would trade Rodgers to a team in the NFC.
