Do you guys understand the point, here?

While there will be a decent amount of “meh” quarterbacks available this offseason, by no means should the Broncos try, yet again, to bring in another average-mediocre retread.  I can make an argument for bringing in someone like Mitchell Trubisky, but I am still not sold on him, nor will I ever be.

These players are perfect one-year bridge options for teams who may be tempted to draft a quarterback in this year’s draft, but I would rather the Denver Broncos take the chance on trading for an elite veteran, or simply running it back with Lock + a rookie.

Most of these players ended up as failed experiments, but some will get starting jobs in 2022.

Hopefully, General Manager George Paton learns from his Teddy Bridgewater-sized mistake and does not go this route again.
