Rich Bisaccia

Bisaccia is now apparently interviewing for the Jaguars’ head coaching vacancy, after a solid sting as the interim head coach with the Raiders in 2021, leading them to a 7-5 record and a playoff berth.

Bisaccia showed true leadership and direction, as the Raiders 2021 season was filled with dramatics.  It was honestly a slight miracle that Las Vegas ended up in the playoffs, which shows the overall coaching skill of Rich Bisaccia.

Adding Bisaccia as an assistant head coach and special teams coordinator makes a ton of sense for the Denver Broncos.  Bisaccia has been a coach since 1983, coaching special teams since then.

With nearly 40 years of coaching special teams, Bisaccia is sure to bring more stability to the Denver Broncos’ unit.

Plus, since being dumped by the Raiders, would Bisaccia be interested in sticking it to them by going to a division rival?  Possibly.

Bisaccia will be 62 this summer, so he may not want to coach for much longer, but if hired, he’d probably bring an assistant or two with him, who he can work with to take over once he’s retired.

The praise for Bisaccia during his short tenure in Las Vegas seemed to be universal.  He was poised and remained calm during the season, and his guidance on the overall team was impressive.

Hiring Rich Bisaccia to be the Broncos’ new special teams coordinator is a no-brainer.
