Jordan Mason, RB, Georgia Tech

The Broncos have two picks in the final round and those are picks that you are hoping to hit anything positive with. Anything positive can mean a special teams guy or even someone who just sticks around on the practice squad.

With that said, Jordan Mason would be a great seventh-round find.

Mason would be the featured back on many teams across the country but Mason gave way to future star Jahmry Gibbs. However, Mason still has plenty to offer a professional team.

He has rushed for over 2,300 yards and 17 touchdowns in his college career with the Yellow Jackets.

The Broncos have a solid combination in Javonte Williams and Melvin Gordon and if Gordon is considered to be too pricey this offseason, there are cheaper options available. The Broncos could use more depth behind those two and Mason could be a great late-round selection.

Tanner Conner, WR, Idaho State

Tanner Conner has good size at 6-foot-3 and is able to go up and make the play on jump balls with his athletic frame. He is more of a fringe roster guy that will fight for a spot or be placed on the practice squad to start his career, but in today’s NFL climate, where there are many moving parts due to COVID protocols, he could be a good player to call on in a pinch.

Conner caught 129 passes during his playing career but will fall through the cracks having played at Idaho State. He is the prototypical kind of late-round prospect who could find a long-term role in the league.
