Arnold Ebiketie, EDGE, Penn State

The Broncos won’t pick until the third round after trading their first two picks to Green Bay in this mock, but taking Ebiketie here would be a great pick for the team.

The Broncos are going to need more options in the pass-rushing department and the 6-foot-5 senior who transferred to Penn State from Temple has had a huge year in the Big 10. Ebiketie has 9.5 sacks and 18 tackles for loss on the season, leading him to rise up draft boards.

The Broncos have Bradley Chubb and Jonathon Cooper, who is looking like a draft steal, but Ebiketie would be a great addition to the defense and the team’s pass-rushing department, at least partially replacing what was lost when Von Miller was traded away.

Thayer Munford, OT, Ohio State

This mock draft does not account for what could happen in free agency and the Broncos will need to look to add depth along the offensive line through free agency.

Will the team bring back Bobby Massie or go looking elsewhere for help at the right tackle spot?

Ohio State’s Thayer Munford could be a good third-round option in this spot, though some draft analysts may see him as a better fit at guard.

Munford is a mountain of a man at 6-foot-6 and 320 pounds. He doesn’t possess supreme athleticism but he has above-average skills in the areas that matter most including balance, hand usage and power.
