McTelvin Agim, Defensive lineman

When the Broncos used a third-round pick on McTelvin Agim in 2020, they had an idea he was going to be a bit of a project. He’s proving to be much more than that.

Agim was a healthy scratch for the first five games of the season and has suited up in just three games on the year, resulting in being on the field for just 8.8 percent of the team’s defensive snaps.

He has two tackles on the year but somehow managed to get in on half of a sack. Still, it seems like he is a long way away from ever being a regular contributor and at this point it is quite possible that he never gets there.

He is still young and does seem to possess enough raw talent. Perhaps he’s just not a good fit for the team’s defensive scheme? Whatever the case is, Agim is proving to be a bit of a draft bust to this point in his career and will need to turn things around in a big way in order to shed that tag.
