30. team. 50. . . . Detroit Lions

30. Detroit Lions

I haven’t been a fan of any of the moves from the Detroit Lions this offseason.

I think Dan Campbell was a pathetic hire; I think Jared Goff stinks, and I think the Lions organization is yet again trying to sell their fans on false hope.  Their entire roster has holes, but the front office seems to believe in the HC/GM duo of Dan Campbell and Brad Holmes, with each inking a 6-year deal.

The Lions are clearly trying to change the outlook of their franchise, especially after moving on from Matthew Stafford, but Jared Goff doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in a team, especially when you look at how well the Rams offense is playing with Matthew Stafford.

Jared Goff seems like a high-quality bridge quarterback, and Dan Campbell seems over his head.  I don’t think the Detroit Lions are going anywhere, anytime soon.
