10. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals are good, once again!  Joe Burrow looks like an elite quarterback after returning from a torn ACL. Ja’Marr Chase, Tyler Boyd, and Tee Higgins make up possibly the best wide receiving trio in the NFL, and the defense is surprisingly good.

The offensive line still has some questions, but it’s been good enough.

The Bengals have beaten both the Vikings and Steelers away and lost a very close game to the Packers, so I think they’re legit.

They still have holes along the o-line, but this team is plenty good enough to sneak into a Wild Card spot.

With the Ravens and Browns clearly better teams with better coaches, it may be another year or two before the Bengals fully arrive.

However, Cincy has a lot to be proud of and look forward to this year.
