15. Las Vegas Raiders

What looked like a very promising season for the Raiders has quickly turned upside down.  After starting 3-0, they sit at 3-2 and without Jon Gruden after a gross email scandal.

The Raiders play the Broncos and Eagles next, and neither team will be an easy victory.

It’s hard to exactly pinpoint where the Raiders stand overall, though.

Derek Carr is really good, as is Darren Waller.  Their offense has never been an issue, and their defense has gotten a lot better.

The Raiders are still a good team, but some questionable draft picks by Mike Mayock puts into question their long-term success, especially in the AFC West.
