Brian Daboll, Buffalo Bills

When coaches are inevitably fired following the 2021 regular season, many of them figure to have Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll on their list of candidates to interview.

Daboll has done a fantastic job forming one of the league’s most potent offenses and he has helped develop Josh Allen into a perennial MVP candidate.

Daboll has a wealth of coaching experience that dates back to 1997 and he has had success coaching on both sides of the ball. He has been the offensive coordinator for four NFL teams and he has been part of coaching staffs for both Bill Belichick and Nick Saban.

Daboll would be as good of a candidate as many teams would be able to find this offseason, so there could be several teams interested in his services.

He would be a perfect fit in Denver for all of the reasons listed above, but if the Broncos feel there is anything left in Drew Lock by that point, Daboll might be the guy to get the most out of him. Remember, many people were down on Allen following his rookie season.
