Injuries

Unfortunately, on trend with the 2020 season, the Denver Broncos are on pace for another year of brutal injuries. Of course, the most notable injury of Sunday’s win was K.J. Hamler, who tore his ACL, ending his 2021 season.

Other notable injuries from Sunday were both on the offensive line, with Graham Glasgow and Dalton Risner leaving the game early and not returning.

While the Broncos opening the season 3-0 calls for excitement, the successful start did not come without a price.

With two games against the AFC North and the Broncos’ first divisional opponent slated in the next three weeks, the Broncos will enter a tough stretch of football in concerning health.

Through three weeks of football, the Broncos have had seven starters injured. Fortunately, this team contains depth it has not had in recent years, but that depth will be eliminated if injuries continue.
