Teddy Bridgewater keeps it going

It’s hard to say if Teddy Bridgewater is finally the quarterback the Broncos have been searching for or if he has benefitted from playing against some really bad teams. We likely won’t get much clarity on that question this week when he faces the Jets.

That said, he has been very good in the team’s first two games. Just look at where he stands among NFL quarterbacks.

Passing Yards: 592 (11th)

TD Passes: 4 (T-9th)

Completion Percentage: 77.1 percent (2nd)

QBR: 82.7 (1st)

Rating: 120.7 (6th)

Those are some very impressive numbers and though it has only been two games, Broncos fans have not seen this caliber of quarterback play since Peyton Manning was breaking NFL records and working on a league MVP season in 2013.

As stated above, the schedule will get tougher and things could change, but they won’t change this week. Bridgewater will have another great game.

Predicted stat line: 75 percent completions, 270 yards passing, 2 TDs, O INTs
