3. Denver Broncos win by at least 21 points

With my bold predictions of the team scoring a defensive touchdown and scoring 40 points on offense, it makes sense for my final bold prediction to be the team winning by at least three touchdowns.

I’m beginning to get vibes from when the Denver Broncos beat the Arizona Cardinals, 45-10, back in 2018.  It was a total drubbing from Denver against a bad Cardinals team with limited talent and a rookie quarterback.

Back in 2018, Denver boasted a good defense and were quarterbacked by a journeyman veteran quarterback.

In 2021, the Broncos play the Jaguars next week, a bad team with limited talent and a rookie quarterback.

And in 2021, they have a good defense and are quarterbacked by a journeyman veteran signal caller.

Do you see what I’m doing here?

I would hate to jinx anything, but it’s clear there is a mismatch between Denver and Jacksonville, on every single level.

From coaching to personnel, the Broncos have a clear advantage, and I’d worry if they didn’t beat the living snot out of the Jaguars.

As I said earlier, Vic Fangio has had great success against rookie quarterbacks in his career, and this week shouldn’t be any different, even if it’s against a so-called “generational” prospect.
