2. Darren Fells, TE

Seeing as the Lions roster isn’t that great, there aren’t a whole lot of players who would drastically improve the team.

Darren Fells, though, is a behemoth of a man, standing at 6’7″ and weighing 270 pounds.  Fells would slide in as the Broncos TE3 and would help with blocking.

His height also makes him a great red zone threat.

Fells caught 7 touchdowns in 2019 as a member of the Houston Texans, so he can produce if in the right situation.

Overall, Fells won’t wow us with his stats, but adding a veteran tight end in the room is exactly what the team should do.

I wrote about the team possibly signing Tyler Eifert, so I am most definitely for the team adding a veteran tight end.

As much as Noah Fant and Albert Okwuegbunam can wow us, they’re still very young and could use a nice veteran presence.
