2. Desmond King II, DB

Can I interest you in a lightly used Desmond King? King, a former All-Pro with the Los Angeles Chargers, would be a very nice addition to an already deep Broncos secondary.

I’ve written about King before. I just really like this player and would love if he were wearing orange and blue.

This scenario is mostly due to the Broncos losing cornerback Michael Ojemudia for 4-6 weeks with a hamstring injury, as we found out today.

Even though OJ may only miss a game or two, the team will still surely miss his presence, and even though he may not be relied on much, seeing as he’s currently CB5, anything can happen in an NFL season.

King is a much better player, in my opinion than Michael Ojemudia, and also possesses return ability.  In fact, here’s a 68-yard punt return he had against the Broncos back in 2019.

In my opinion, King brings a desirable set of skills to the table and would further solidify the Broncos roster.
