Defensive Line  (6): Shelby Harris, Dre’Mont Jones, Mike Purcell, Shamar Stephen, McTelvin Agim, DeShawn Williams

This unit appeared to be a  weak spot heading into the offseason but the Broncos will get Mike Purcell back, which is huge. The free-agent addition of Shamar Stephen was a big move as well and McTelvin Agim already looks better than he did all year last year.

The last spot came down to DeShawn Williams, who I initially left off of this list, but the team will opt for more depth at this position due to the injury history with Purcell and the fact that Agim is still a developing prospect.

Shelby Harris has Pro-Bowl potential and Dre’Mont Jones is one of the most exciting young players on the roster. The run defense is highly improved any time Purcell is on the field, as he has a strong understanding of Fangio’s defensive scheme.

Marquiss Spencer, who the Broncos selected in the seventh round of the draft, is a promising player for the future and will find himself on the practice squad if he is not scooped up by another team.
