Lorenzo Neal, Defensive lineman

Another guy the Broncos just recently signed could be moving to another destination in short order. Lorenzo Neal was just brought aboard last week and he simply hasn’t had the chance to really make any kind of impact.

The Broncos have built some depth at along the defensive line this offseason as both McTelvin Agim and Shamar Stephen appear to be roster bound behind starters Shelby Harris, Dre’Mont Jones and Mike Purcell.

Any of the other defensive linemen not listed could be candidates to be cut on Tuesday as a result, but given the short amount of time that Neal has been around, it may make the most sense to work on the players that were being developed before he arrived.

Neal’s father, who goes by the same name, was a great fullback in the league for the San Diego Chargers, paving the way for many of LaDainian Tomlinson’s best career runs. His son has some more work to do if he is ever to make an NFL roster and it doesn’t look like that will happen in Denver.
