Rojesterman Farris, Cornerback

The former Hawaii product is a recent signing by the Broncos but the team is so deep at cornerback that they could comfortably drop a player at cornerback. Farris seems a likely candidate given his short amount of time in Denver.

There are other guys who could go here, such as Parnell Motley, Nate Hairston and Saivion Smith but Farris always seemed like a signing just because an open spot existed. Those other three guys could get a further look and probably understand the scheme a bit better.

Farris went undrafted in 2020 and has been with the Atlanta Falcons and Chicago Bears but his time in Denver could certainly be short. If the Broncos were to let him go now, they might actually be doing him a favor as he could be claimed off of waivers and have a chance to make another team’s practice squad, something he may have long odds to do in Denver.
