If I had to say who had the most impressive day today, Benson would be one that would be mentioned. With so many players putting out impressive days it would be hard to pinpoint, but Benson looked like a legitimate NFL Wide Receiver today.

Capping off a great day, Benson caught his second touchdown pass of the day from Teddy Bridgewater near the back pylon in the endzone. An impressive throw and route from the duo.

Benson finished with four receptions for 36 yards and two touchdowns. He also was the Denver Broncos’ primary punt returner today, he had one return for 17 yards. His opportunity to shine as a kickoff returner was minimal as the Minnesota Vikings struggled to score points.

Benson caught his first touchdown pass from Drew Lock off of play-action. Benson found a nice spot in the zone and Lock fired a bullet in there for the touchdown. He looked crisp today in his route, concise route running is the quickest way to win in the NFL.

Trinity Benson also looked like he had a secure set of hands, enough to secure him a spot on the Denver Broncos’ 53-man roster.
