Whoever plays at right tackle for the Broncos this year will be a much-welcomed surprise for the team.

Personally, I think Bobby Massie runs away with the job, and I do expect him to perform very well.

About to turn 32, Massie was recently a member of the Chicago Bears, where he was limited to just eight games in 2020 and 10 games in 2019, but has played a full season three times in his career.

Massie is about as solid as they come, which is mostly evidenced by his penalty count.

According to Pro Football Reference, Massie, in the last two seasons, has only been called for two penalties, a holding, and a false start.

The last time he played a full year, 2018, he was called for just four infractions.  Moreover, he’s only been called for seven holding penalties in his 118 games played.

Massie is a seasoned veteran who has played in a ton of games and simply does not get called for many penalties.

The meteoric rise of Garett Bolles, coupled with the efficient play from Bobby Massie can help the Broncos’ offensive line take a massive leap in 2021.
