Jerry Jeudy, WR
The breakout star was reserved for either Jerry Jeudy or Noah Fant, but I chose Jeudy because a lot of people seemed to have written him off in 2020.
Jeudy was greatly limited by perhaps the worst QB play in the league, but he still managed to haul in 52 passes for 856 yards and had a wicked 16.5 yards per reception, which ranked very high among qualified players in 2020.
Jeudy could have very well had a Justin Jefferson-type rookie season, but Jefferson greatly benefitted from an efficient Kirk Cousins.
I would argue that what Jeudy was able to do in 2020 was just as impressive as what other rookie wide receivers did in their inaugural campaigns.
Jeudy got his feet wet in 2020 and is apparently on a different level than he was last year.
Plus, if Teddy Bridgewater is the starter, he may benefit even more in this regard, considering it seems as if Teddy and Jerry have developed some chemistry this offseason.
In my opinion, no matter who starts at QB, Jeudy is going to take a massive leap forward, which would make the Broncos’ offense lethal.
This is also a friendly reminder that Jerry Jeudy has a son, and his name is Pierre Desir.
