Almost three months removed from the roller coaster of a ride that draft day was for the Denver Broncos, Aaron Rodgers is still a member of the Green Bay Packers.

During an episode of Broncos Country Tonight on June 16, 2021, Insider Benjamin Allbright placed a percentage on the potential of Green Bay Packers MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers becoming a member of the Denver Broncos for the upcoming season. While this was just a gut feeling or prediction, when Benjamin Allbright speaks, Broncos Country listens.

Since Allbright’s 60/40% prediction that Rodgers would trade in the green and yellow in for the orange and blue, this situation has seemed to fizzle out a bit. Per Allbright, this isn’t a matter of Rodgers changing course, the Green Bay Packers are flat out refusing to take calls on the former MVP.

Rodgers has since taken many vacations, focused on his mental health, and participated in the highly touted “The Match” golf tournament. Rodgers famously alluded to former NBA superstar Charles Barkley that he would give him the scoop when he saw him during the week, in Tahoe.

Has Rodgers actually told Barkley anything?

That we do not know. We also still do not know if Aaron Rodgers will be playing for the Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, or anywhere else next season.

Another interesting event transpired over the course of the All-Star weekend for the MLB when former Denver Bronco Peyton Manning chimed in with his very own opinion. In an interview with the MLB Network, Manning stated that his “gut” feeling was the Rodgers stays in Lambeau.

Manning went on to say that when he thought of Rodgers, he thought of him as a Green Bay Packer. Interestingly enough, this also could be said for Manning, while he was an Indianapolis Colt.

If Peyton Manning was able to leave the Colts, and Tom Brady was able to leave the Patriots, Rodgers can certainly leave the Packers. There is just one constant factor in the middle of the Denver Broncos and Aaron Rodgers — the Packers front office.

This feud between the two has yet to seem like it has been pushed either way. Draft day was actually the most pressed I have seen the situation, since then, it has continued to digress.

That isn’t to say that Aaron Rodgers and the Denver Broncos do not want each other, as they certainly do. It’s just that only so much can be done with the hold that the Packer’s General Manager, Brian Gutekunst has on the situation.

Since The Match, the Rodgers watch has been quite dull honestly, until yesterday.

On the debut episode of The Mile Hyler Podcast, Benjamin Allbright adjusted his percentage that Rodgers becomes a Denver Bronco, ever-so-slightly. Dropping from 60/40 to 55/45, there seems to be a growing sense that Gutekunst really might not budge on this particular situation.

That isn’t much of a shift, but it is a slight one. Any sort of update on the Rodgers watch gets noted, and this is an update in the wrong direction for Broncos Country.

Following this gut percentage by Allbright, there was some interesting information being released in regards to Aaron Rodgers home in Brown County. Apparently, his home is on schedule to be “deep cleaned” early next week.

Another report of this relayed to Andrew Siciliano alluded to the exact situation.

Could Rodgers just need his house cleaned? Is he a clean freak, or is this just a simple service? Then there is the scenario Broncos Country all hopes for, he no longer needs a home in Brown County and plans on selling his current home.

Aaron Rodgers has also been on vacation for a while now, he may just want to come back home to a clean and peaceful place.

While we still are all scoping in on Aaron Rodgers, trying to predict his next move or lack thereof, one thing is for sure — Aaron Rodgers will be a name we all hear about over the next couple of weeks.

Hopefully, we hear about him being a member of the Denver Broncos, instead of “Aaron Rodgers reports to training camp.”
