Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs are currently the favorite to win next year’s Super Bowl, even though they were blown out by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in last year’s big game and the Bucs literally lost no one this offseason.

That shows how good many believe the Chiefs are.

Never mind the fact that the Broncos haven’t beaten the Chiefs even one time since Peyton Manning left, the Chiefs have very few weaknesses. The one weakness was at offensive line and that showed in the Super Bowl but the additions of Orlando Brown, Joe Thuney, and Kyle Long should cure that problem.

Then there’s Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce and oh yeah, Patrick Mahomes is still the quarterback and an even better one than Rodgers. The Broncos would obviously have to clear this hurdle in order to get to the Super Bowl and this team isn’t just in the same conference but the same division.

If Rodgers were to be traded to Denver, the potential matchups between him and Mahomes would be among the more intriguing storylines out there.

These four teams, at the very least, would still be able to give the Broncos problems even with Rodgers on the team. Other teams such as the Indianapolis Colts, Baltimore Ravens, and perhaps even the Los Angeles Chargers have the ability to be contenders in 2021 as well.

However, perhaps a better question is, where do the Broncos sit in the AFC pecking order with the quarterbacks currently on the roster?
