Buffalo Bills

The Bills were one of the best teams in the league a year ago and there is no reason why they won’t be again this season.

Josh Allen put up MVP-caliber numbers last season and the team didn’t really lose any significant contributors this offseason.

Stefon Diggs was as good as any wide receiver in football last season and the defensive unit is stout. Like Tennessee, the Bills play a brand of hard-nosed football and are led by a good head coach that has implemented his style and gotten his team to buy-in.

The Bills came to Denver late in the year last season and the Broncos were able to see firsthand just how good this team is. It’s not quite the Bills of the early 1990s with Jim Kelly, but it could eventually be on that level.

The Bills were one step away from the Super Bowl last year, making it to the AFC Championship Game and playing the Chiefs tough and having that experience along with Allen, who is emerging as one of the league’s best young players, could put them over the top this year.

This is a team that would present a major challenge to the Broncos, even if they had Rodgers.
