Peyton Manning, Demaryius Thomas
DENVER, CO – OCTOBER 19: Quarterback Peyton Manning #18 of the Denver Broncos celebrates on the sideline after throwing his NFL record 509th career touchdown pass with Demaryius Thomas #88, who caught the pass, in the second quarter of a game against the San Francisco 49ers at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on October 19, 2014 in Denver, Colorado. While this moment was not particularly a Demaryius Thomas moment, but touchdown pass 509 from Peyton Manning against the San Francisco 49ers deserves an honorable mention.

Surpassing Brett Favre’s current record, Manning turned to the trustworthy Thomas on a short-out route to claim the title of the league’s all-time passing touchdown leader. Shortly after, the celebration, or keep away that was played on Peyton Manning displayed the great comradery between this team.

It was one of the moments that will always be cherished by Broncos Country.

It didn’t take long for the Denver Broncos to decide when they will honor the future Ring of Famer. On September 26th, against the New York Jets, Thomas will be representing this franchise one last time as an honorary captain as he gets a thank you via a video tribute.

This is a moment we all can look forward to as Broncos Country.

Thank you, Demaryius Thomas, aka, “Bay Bay”, Opthomas Prime, D.T, 88, for everything you did for the Denver Broncos. As an ultimate fan, I will cherish seeing you walk across the field one last time.

When the time comes, Demaryius Thomas should not only be a member of the Denver Broncos Ring of Fame but the National Football League’s Hall of Fame too.
