The Denver Broncos will face some of the best rookie receivers

The Denver Broncos took cornerback Patrick Surtain II with the ninth overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and it wasn’t just for the upcoming season, but for years to come.

However, we’re focusing on this year’s opponents.

The Broncos will get to face DeVonta Smith (Eagles), JaMarr Chase (Bengals), Kadarius Toney (Giants).

There is an obvious reason that these players were all selected in the first round of the draft: They are amazing.

Now it will be up to the Broncos’ defensive backs to stop each and every one of them, along with each team’s tight ends and running backs (that’s what Justin Strnad and Baron Browning are for).

I’m all for a good performance by skill players but if these guys can hold off on being great when they face the Broncos, that would be much appreciated.

Then again, the top competition will just make every player better.

However these wide receivers do against the Broncos, I am sure that they will make the matchups a lot of fun to watch.

Bring them on.
