The 2020 Heisman winner will be a no-brainer pick for the Philadelphia Eagles as they have DeVonta Smith fall into their lap with the 12th overall pick.

Whenever you can have a playmaker like Smith fall to you, someone from the Eagles should be running to the podium with the card to announce the pick as fast as he can. When Carson Wentz was playing for the Eagles, it was always that the quarterback had no weapons.

It will be no different with Jalen Hurts as he will also need some help.

Smith will be a great deep threat for Hurts and can cause some problems for NFL defenses. He will be the number one receiver on the Eagles’ roster and can become one of the best wide receivers to come out of this draft.

After whiffing on Justin Jefferson last year in the draft, the Eagles cannot miss the opportunity on selecting the Heisman winner and improving their offense on day one of the draft.
