The Denver Broncos added playmakers on the offensive side of the ball in last year’s draft with wide receivers Jerry Jeudy, K.J. Hamler, and Tyrie Cleveland. They also drafted Drew Lock’s teammate in tight end Albert Okwuegbunam.
There are questions, however, about whether or not Lock himself would be around much longer.
That being said, we’ve heard too much speculation on that specific topic. It is time to talk defense.
In this particular mock draft, I decided to select only defensive players. There are certainly needs on the offensive side of the ball, and I am sure they will be addressed in the actual 2021 NFL Draft, but not in this one.
When going through this, I want you to think of the future Denver Broncos.
They may not need any particular position this minute, but what happens to them two or three years down the road? This draft is drafting for the future. It’s extremely important to do so.
I feel very strongly about the players that I selected for the Broncos in this mock draft and feel like they could make a big impact for the team at some point during their careers.
I also want to know what you think of these selections, Broncos Country. Feel free to chime in with your thoughts.
Remember, this is a no-offense-allowed draft.
