The  Denver Broncos’ addition of Kyle Fuller after signing Ronald Darby leaves the draft and remainder of free agency wide open. The secondary outside of replacing Kareem Jackson or getting him to come back looks to be solid moving forward.

With remaining cap space and draft capital, Denver can fill some spots to become one of the most talented rosters in the NFL. How do they best do that? The options abound.

Starting with the ninth overall pick, the Broncos can buy into the quarterback class and see if one of the top names is within reach. They can take someone like Micah Parsons to upgrade the linebacker corps if they deem him top 10 worthy.

They could take Von Miller’s eventual replacement with a prospect like Kwity Paye, or if they’re not sold on a top 10 talent they can add draft capital and move back.

In this case, which is probably my favorite if Vic Fangio doesn’t see an All-Pro inside linebacker in the class, the Broncos have a plethora of options. Previous mocks have had Denver taking Jaycee Horn or Greg Newsome II.

They could be future starters especially with Fuller on a one-year deal but in terms of instant impact options names like Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah as a hybrid backer safety or taking either Najee Harris or Travis Etienne for a feature back down the road stick out.

Regardless of who the Broncos select in the first round I feel they can add serious talent to an already talented roster. For my buck I run it back with  Drew Lock and fill out an exciting roster in other positions of need.

With cap space still available the picture may still get a little clearer before the draft. Whether Denver ends up with a new signal caller or tries to plug a few holes and round the roster for this season, in the future fans can again have excitement after this offseason
