3. Josh Jackson, Packers

There is still youth with Josh Jackson and a player who is very familiar with new defensive backs coach Christian Parker.

Jackson is a talented young cornerback. Unfortunately, his 2018 campaign is the most positive sign we can go off of statistically. Jackson’s fallen down the depth chart it seems in the past few seasons.

Jackson comes from Iowa Hawkeyes and is also familiar potentially with Michael Ojemudia. He would also add special teams value as a punt returner if need be, too. Jackson is more than capable of being a nice project to take on. He’s athletic enough to be the second corner and is a capable, willing tackler in the run game. He also has aggressive ball skills.

Back with the Iowa Hawkeyes, there was a stretch of games where Jackson seemingly got interception after interception weekly.

No matter if you’re in the pros or college, eight interceptions in one year is impressive.

So, people, who will knock the potential ball skills of Jackson it’s still in his repertoire? If Fangio, Donatell, and Parker get a chance to work with Jackson they might get the best out of him.
